My second photography shoot for the project took place in my living room on a Thursday night. My daughter was posing to a black and white portraits, she was instructed to keep each position for at least few seconds, as previously we've struggled with a composition due to her activity.
Below you can see photographs taken in the dark living room about 8 PM with the use of a desk lamp and floor lamp that resembles a light sabre. To take the photographs with a various results I was moving the lamps around, looking for the right effect. You can see the contact sheets from session number two and chosen photographs, that will be used for my project.

Photography 1 - Table lamp on the floor on the left side (from photographer's perspective), light pointed down. Light sabre placed on the floor, also on the left side but closer to the centre and to the model. I like the effect visible in model's eye. Very little light reaches the background, gives the photograph a clean, mysterious composition.
Canon EOS450D 35 mm f/4.5 1/125 ISO 800, EXP -2
Photography 2 - Table lamp on the floor on the left side (from photographer's perspective), slightly behind the model, light pointed at the background. Light sabre placed on the floor, on the right side. Light line nicely visible in the model's eye, light pointed to the background gave the depth to the photograph.
Canon EOS450D 29 mm f/4.5 1/13 ISO 800, EXP -2
Photography 3 - Table lamp on the floor on the left side (from photographer's perspective), light pointed to the right, slightly lifted to catch the model, made her hands and face stand out. Light sabre placed on the floor, on the right side, by the wall. Light line visible in the model's eye. Background visible due to the position of both lamps.
Canon EOS450D 18 mm f/4 1/10 ISO 800, EXP -2
My third photography shoot for the project took place in my daughter's room on a Saturday morning. The model was posing to a black and white portraits, close to the window. That morning was little bit cloudy but we opened the blinds to the top to get as much natural light as possible. Window is the only source of light and it's at the left side (from the photographer's perspective).
Below you can see photographs taken in the room about 10 AM. You can see the contact sheets from session number three and chosen photographs, that will be used for my project.

Photography 4 - Model sitting at the bed with the window on her left side (from photographer's perspective). Little bit of shadow covers half of her face. I have planned to frame her in landscape shot, due to the background, which is a head board that divides background in half, that was my way of composing the shot.
Canon EOS450D 33 mm f/4.5 1/40 ISO 400, EXP -1
Photography 5 - Model sitting at the bed with the window on her left side (from photographer's perspective) but her face is turned to the window so we can see her very nicely. I like the pose, the light, contrast, sharpness and overall composition of this shot.
Canon EOS450D 29 mm f/4.5 1/125 ISO 400, EXP -2
Photography 5 - Model sitting at the bed facing the window. I like the pose, the light, contrast, sharpness and overall composition of this shot. I think it brings some king of nostalgy.
Canon EOS450D 33 mm f/4.5 1/160 ISO 400, EXP -2
